Shipping policy

Please note when placing an order that due to each order being handmade, orders can take up to 7 working days to dispatch.  However, this is extremely rare and are normally dispatched within 3-5 working days. 

Our orders are shipped with Royal Mail tracked service. When your order has been shipped you will receive your tracking number by email.  If you do not receive your tracking, please contact us natasha@cocobellamelts.co.uk 

We also offer local delivery/ collection from markets.
